BREAK AWAY

Old routines and other reasons to break away then we go back home to live away from the world as the life of a shut-in that we wanted to end reaching out to the social gatherings that didn’t provide the comfort we had hoped to find believing the life of clubs and bars was the cure for the blues turns out to be the creator. I had found in bars a roomful of failures and regrets and drunken conversations I knew I could never find a sensible life in all this confusion as it had to be to have chosen it. Our time should be short but rarely is as we come to know that being without a social life isn’t so bad after all as we may think that being a shut-in is a better choice than being a drunken bum that we chose to be. Sober groups are a social life spending time there creating a better person than the ones found in bars and clubs and losing your drunken bum status. It’s fine to break away but booze is never the answer just go to places where addictions don’t exist. Too much bitterness with bar scenes where is the fun with that there is none so go to a dance with no addictions at all this is where the fun is.

Try not to live like a shut-in get out and dance
