IGNORE THE URGE

Temptation keeps inviting me into the life of booze but I refuse each time. The distractions from my sober life I chase away the offers of an annoying lifestyle that serves no sensible purpose. Why does this temptation keep following us? I believe we are finding reasons to find addictions acceptable in small doses or is it because the hardships in life are getting too intense and the quick comfort is close to us or is it because we miss the lifestyle altogether. Have we forgotten that addictions use is not moral living not acceptable to live a dangerous life to cause health problems mind body and soul. If we don’t live a moral life totally we will get nothing out of it the same with sobriety has to be one hundred or more percent for it work. it’s all in the mind body and soul combined into one complete life not stopping and starting staying constant is where the success is found. The results will be your energy at every sunrise grateful for your efforts. By repeating this method all during your sobriety depression will never happen. Another possible reason the urge comes to us is that we don’t know how to be relaxed is hard to do when have to be active traveling from here to there on a job and a person can drink a gallon of coffee and still not relaxed just more jitters so what is the cure for this little coffee as possible and booze is the worst choice to make but there is one method that works off stress use a punching bag at home for thirty minutes it does work just keep punching until the stress is gone you will notice it works several times better than addictions. With a punching bag it can be any person you want it to be. Drink some espresso before starting. This method will make your temptation for booze and stress return less often.

We have better things to do than horse around with an addiction.
